That was the position I was in, going from 1.1 to 2.0.3. The fact alone that 2.0.3's UPGRADING said: These instructions are for people upgrading OTRS from "1.3" to "2.0". gave me a big hint that I had better get to 1.3 first, and working backwards it soon became obvious that the others ought to be done too.
