Hello All,
I am using OTRS-2.0.2. I have not selected any "Mail Notification" stuff in my preferences page, then too I get this email notification about "Add Note" i.e. whenever somebody adds a note to a ticket, I get a email Notification. I want to stop all email Notification getting out to agents..
Which file do I need to change to stop all agent notifications??
