[otrs] Splitting ticket with attachment - how?

Hello friends, just a small and maybe silly question. Suppose we got a ticket with an attachment. I want to split it in the way that I have 2 tickets both with that very same attachment in them. The best way is to have 2 tickets with a link to the single file inside both. How this can be done? Thanks in advanse! Andrew
