Hello all, I have some customers who tend to send back the annoying "Thank you for contacting us. This is an automated response." message for every email they receive. Now, I have setup some filters to ignore those, but whenever I receive those, tickets are re-opened. I need OTRS to automatically delete them, and if possible, not allow them to re-open old tickets.
