      Didn't quite fix it.  Here is the portion of my CustomerMessageNew.dtl:

And I fixed the typo in my config.  But the "TicketFreeTextField1" drop down
list still doesn't appear.

Any more ideas?

Now I'm trying to get this option to show up and be required when a
