This is not possible. It only checks the INBOX folder. I use POP3 so
can't comment on IMAP but I think if I remember correctly I ran into
some issues with IMAP as Exchange advertises it can do GSSAPI (Kerberos)
authentication and both the Perl and PHP libraries used to choke on it.
This is the PHP bug [http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=33500] and I'm
almost certain it was the same issue with Perl, haven't had the time or
the effort to go back and retest as the POP3 method works fine for us.

This also is not possible, and with Exchange I wouldn't recommend it
either as Exchange changes the messageID of emails at random when
viewing them so you would probably end up with 101 copies of the same
email being re-added to your ticketing system.

If you need to keep a separate copy of incoming emails create a
distribution list of the email address you want to receive tickets from
and then have multiple mailboxes as the members of the list, one of the
mailboxes being the one OTRS will feed from, and the other your storage box.
