I'm just trying to install on a Windows machine, but the system stopped me at the very beginning. It did not get past step two[1] and could not create a database. As the system suggested, I opened a detailed bug[2] I'm new to otrs, and I could not find real documentation about issues and features. Does anybody please have a suggestion?
