When i see the /var/spool, there are no messages. But when i tried the default or example test files being piped to the PostMaster.pl, its ok and appears on the queue. So, the problem is that i couldn't receive any incoming message coming from my email add.
If you want to use procmail on your system, you have to configure. Did you configure your MTA with procmail? If yes, try te following: a) send an email to the otrs@localhost user (e. g. "echo test | mail -s test otrs@localhost"). Appears this email, everything works fine! -=> You don't have a problem. b) You don't see this email in a queue, check your MTA log file (e. g. /var/log/mail) an find out what way the email was gone. Why not to the local otrs user!
