Folks,
I/m sure we could see attachements in OTRS but now, if I click on file-2 either Internet Explorer or OTRS want to know if I want to open or save the attachment. If I click 'open', I can't find an application to open it. If I save it, I can see that it is a Microsoft Mail Note.
I'm sure if we sent documents in the past we could see the documents. Or am I imagining things?
there is was (is?) a bug with certain versions of the otrs that attachments get sorted the wrong way. I saw several times now (tho I didn't investigate further) that if you have two attachments, for example a pdf and a txt file, the displayed name in the articleview gets screwed up. So when I click on the pdf I get the txt and vice versa. Maybe this is your problem? Martin: was there a fix for this bug or is this issue still existant?
Please help!
