Notifications to the customer is on a per queue basis. There are three levels of notification: 1. Customer Move Notify 2. Customer State Notify This is the option that will notify the customer when the ticket has been closed. At this point there is no way to delimit which status will receive an email notification. More, is it possible to disable some notifications, but not others?? For example, disable all notifications except "Ticket close"?
