
Well, The second need is somewhat easy to do... because you do a page refresh after selecting the user in the database. Go into AdminCustomerUserForm.dtl and look for something like this... # get the selected user back parent.opener.document.compose.ExpandCustomerName.value=2; parent.opener.document.compose.PreSelectedCustomerUser.value=x; This function changes the selected user in the phoneticket window. You can change it to allow a change also in the From field. The first request is solved with a javascript function (on change of first and last name, update login :) Hope it guides you!
