I'm working on setting up OTRS 2 with MySQL 5.0.9 as a test to see if we can replace our old system. It appears to be working fine with the limited testing I have done. Is anyone using MySQL 5.x? I really need the "Views" feature of MySQL 5.x for advanced reporting and charting of the data in OTRS.
