[otrs] Databases choices and mailer agant

Hi all, I'm new to this list. I'm trying to understand OTRS Features and how it can help my support team. Is OTRS run with Postfix? (not sendmail) Which of MySQL or PostgreSQL is recommanded? Best regards, Florent,
