[otrs] Can't create new ticket via Compose Email

      When I try to create a new ticket via Compose Email, I get this error:

Software error:
Can't write /opt/otrs/var/log/TicketCounter.log:  at
../..//Kernel/System/Ticket/Number/AutoIncrement.pm line 66.

For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root@localhost.localdomain),
giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

What do I need to do to fix this?
