Hi! I've followed the installation instructions of OTRS 1.2.2 in a Apache2 RH9 system, and get the following error in the Apache error_log when I try to access http://localhost/otrs/install.pl: [Tue Apr 6 19:11:15 2004] -e: Apache::Reload: Can't locate /opt/otrs//Kernel/Modules/AdminUser.pm [Tue Apr 6 19:11:15 2004] -e: Apache::Reload: Can't locate /opt/otrs/Kernel/cpan-lib/MIME/Field/ContDisp.pm There are many "Can't locate" lines following these, but I think these two are enough. In the browser I get a forbidden error, but the permissions on the files are all OK, according to the SetPermissions.sh script. Thanks, Guilherme M.
