But I want to work my OTRS with ORACLE (http://faq.otrs.org/otrs/public.pl?Action=PublicFAQ&CategoryID=4&ItemID=59) and I didn't find that kind of note in Oracle documentation or archived mails.
My question is: Does the change in system_user table also apply to Oracle? Or is it exclusive for MSSQL?
