I am switching over to OTRS this morning, and have one problem.
 
Using my test account, I can send emails into the system and receive the auto responses.
 
 
Using my live account, I can send emails into the system and receive the auto responses, BUT am getting a FW: of the email I sent into the system back into the OTRS system.
