Hi All, I'm still new with OTRS and learning, so any help would be appreciated. Is it possible to change the way queues function in OTRS? I would like it to show all the tickets in a specific queue, regardless of if it is locked or not. The reason for this is that if I have a queue called 2nd Level support, I want all the agents that is part of the group assigned o this queue to see all the open tickets in the queue. Thank you Pieter
