Finally, I have some time to look at OTRS again. :) The usage line in PostMasterPOP3.pl says: usage: PostMasterPOP3.pl -h <POP3-SERVER> -u <USER> -p <PASSWORD>\n This is wrong - the option for POP3-SERVER is -s, if you specify -h all it does is print the usage info. ;) Bryan
