This is actually a feature that is implemented in 2.4 (which is still in beta):
Also please look at the checkbox next to the "Bulk Action"button. You can use this to select all tickets on the screen.
Both are great usability improvements to OTRS, I think.

Hello again,
When I list tickets from the search function, I would like to be able to perform bulk actions on some of them (for example move to a particular queue), but I can't see anywhere where I can select them, which bulk action requires. Is this something that needs to be turned on in SysConfig?
