Hi Mamo,
OTRS supports HTTP_BASIC authentication. This means that you delegate
the authentication to the web server. This would also be your way
forward, so you should not be looking for OTRS X.509 configuration,
but rather for Apache X.509 configuration. This can be achieved by
configuring mod_ssl, if you're using Apache.
Here's a pointer to a documentation snippet from the Horde
application, which has nothing to do with OTRS but also uses Apache,
that might help you:

Please note that I guess X.509 is not really popular nowadays so it
might be that it's not the easiest to configure your web server. If
you succeed, it would be highly appreciated if you would document your
