Hi list,
 
Just a quick question. I know its possible to change the view on locked tickets to something like the queue view. You have to edit dtl's. This would help the speed of our responses.
 
Has anyone done this already? if so do they want to email me so I don't have to do any extra work.
 
I like to think of myself as efficient rather than lazy.
