I’m sorry I still can’t find it.

 

I went to sysconfig and went to the Groups and told it to show Ticket.  Then I looked at all the Frontend::Agent categories and none of them have anything for customerinfo.

 

I also looked in frontend::customer and went through every category and didn’t find anything about customerinfo there.

 

Am I looking in the wrong spot?

search in the Sysconfig for "CustomerInfo", this will guide you to Frontend::Agent in Group Ticket.

There you can define how many signs are shown for different Views.
