I checked /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/ticket.cogmembers.org/httpdocs/otrs/Kernel/Output /HTML/Standard/and there is no file called (AdminUserPreferences.dtl) just (AdminUserPreferencesGeneric.dtl).
Did I miss a step ?
