That's exactly why. I made a patch for my own changes to AgentTicketOverviewPreview.dtl, though. Another issue: In order to use Apache::DBI I have to change /opt/otrs/scripts/apache2-perl-startup.pl -- which gets overwritten by the new version :(
so if you have modified this specific .dtl file you can merge your changes with that. I'll discuss to see if we can automatically generate and publish the patches between the different version, I guess that it's possible.
