The answer to my question is that it depends on what parameters someone would like to change.

All the CSS files are under: “~/var/httpd/htdocs/skins/Customer/default/css/” and then depending on the change you have to locate the appropriate file.

Additionally in my case there are CSS files at: “~/KIX4OTRS/var/httpd/htdocs/skins/Customer/default/css” since I have installed the KIX4OTRS module.

Can you tell me from which initial file(s) is created the “CommonCSS_db899691316d0b29d3ffe950e6d42711.css” file in “~/var/httpd/htdocs/skins/Customer/default/css-cache/css” ?

I want to change something and make that change persistent!
