Just upgrade Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketCompose.pm new revision: 1.81.2.3
http://source.otrs.org/viewvc.cgi/otrs/Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketCompose.pm?revision=1.81.2.3&view=co
And it should work fine.
