Hi everyone!
I’m having some problems with the
rich text editor. Today when I logged it just didn’t appear. In the text
section of the new ticket it just was blank.
So I went and turn it off in the Sysconfig,
went back to the ticket and the text area appeared. I thought that if I went
and turned it on again it would come back again but it didn’t.
This has happened to me before, but it
solved itself like it was magic.
Can anyone tell me if it happened to
someone else, and how can I solve it.
