Hi Yes, the command successfully executes but due to some reason it does not fetch email.If I go to web account of helpdesk.otrs@i2cinc.com I can see emails are there. What could be the reason? By telnet it tried to explain that email server is accessible from OTRS server. Just realised this was a manual attempt, this probably wouldn't work with telnet as you have no way of wrapping it with SSL.
