[otrs] multi group setup and common FAQ problem

Hello, I have tested otrs for the IT department I work in and am looking at deploying for other departments. My concern is that my FAQ is already filled with lots of technical problems I don't want to share with them. I am using otrs 1.2.3. Is there a way to cope with this problem ?
