I solved my problem. In Config.pm you have to give the wanted queues like this:
$Self->{CustomerPanelOwnSelection} = { # # Queue => Frontend-Name 'Support::Phone-Support::snom190' => 'Phone Support snom190', 'Support::Misc-Support' => 'Misc. Support', };
and not like this:
$Self->{CustomerPanelOwnSelection} = { # # Queue => Frontend-Name 'snom190' => 'Phone Support snom190', 'Misc-Support' => 'Misc. Support', };
