I believe zopedit is indeed a JavaScript sniplet. We would surely integrate it if it were possible, at least as an Add-On module. Unfortunately, there's too little time left in the devels area right now to port Zope's editor to OTRS. If anyone were willing to do it instead we'd be thankful, resulting in an everlasting credit in CREDITS or similar :) Get it...
