It would be nice, if you can write this problem to our buglist bugs.otrs.org. We try to resolve this problem in one of the next OTRS versions. But it´s only a unused information and normally no problem for your daily work with OTRS.

If it would be "unused information", why throw an error? Isn't it as always: An error is an error is an error is an error... Have a nice day, Robert Kehl
