Nils,

Thanks for this.  It worked on some items, however, when I close a ticket, the ‘>’ is still there.

Is there a way to disable this as well?

I have tried to disable and assign an empty value to Ticket::Frontend::Quote, but without success.

try SysConfig -> Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewCompose
