Hi all,

 

I have tried to adding this in the outgoing 

 

<OTRS_TICKET_TicketNumber>

<OTRS_TICKET_TicketID>

<OTRS_TICKET_Queue>

<OTRS_TICKET_State>)

 

Nothing of the information show to the user who receive the email. This worked before, the only thing we have changed is the host name in the server.

 

Any idea?
