[otrs] Fastcgi

Trying this again, first email didn't seem to go through. I'm trying to find information on setting up otrs with fastcgi. I see the fastcgi version in there, but haven't found any documentation anywhere on how to set it up properly. Does anyone have a reference or tips? Thanks! Paul
