[otrs] Dashboard modifications

Hi, I was wondering if it would be possible to show two more fields on the Dashboard: 1. Sender name/email 2. Date for when the last update (email) was received/sent I guess everything is possible, but I was hoping there would either be a simple way of doing this or using an existing module. Anyone know? Thanks! Andy (still running 2.4.7)
