Have a simple question.

When using Admin Notification and trying to send an e-mail, otrs returns the following error:

What is the function of Admin Notification?

Why am I getting this error? Where is Net::SMTP and what to change to get the debug info?

I supplied my own e-mail address in From field!

All other e-mail functions work fine. OTRS send mail out from the queues and can receive in the queues!

In the Config.pm file, set the admin email to what you want.

         # Return Admin Email
         $Self->{'AdminEmail'} = 'email@yourDomain.com';

Could you please be more specific about Admin Notification? What do you mean by that? Agent notification or something else? The address in Admin area would be handy too.

I am trying to change the >From email address on the Admin Notification screen.  There does not appear to be a way to do this on this screen.  Do you know what screen I must change this email address on?
