Its good that you have just started. Is there a reason that you chose to install on window$?

Hi all,

I am newbie to otrs. I setup few new emails and was trying to figure out how it works in win32 platform. I have setup ticket notification system. But when I check email, there is no notification. I don't know what is going on.

I have setup SMTP(sysconfig-->code::sendmail). I have put all things like host, login and password. I don't what is the fault. Can anyone help me out.
