Hi Luis, the problem is that there is no storage for the images in the OTRS design currently, you can only store attachments on ticket articles; not on notifications, signatures, auto-answers and the like. So one solution would be that you would upload the images to a public web server and that you would embed the image in the email. We are looking to extend OTRS so it can embed the images in replies and such, but implementing the new interface has our priority first. Of course if somebody would need it NOW, we'd be happy to see what we can do on a commercial basis. And if somebody in 'the community' would implement it, of course we'd be glad to accept code donations. I believe this is because the image is associated with the FormID variable and since the image was uploaded using the form on Admin->Responses it has a different FormID.

The richtext editors on the administration area don't have the image upload option like the ticket reply/note/etc.
