
Hi Ann, Sysconfig -> Ticket -> Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewNew Look for "Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###StateDefault". Default is "new". And, uh, I just realized that you asked for ticket "type" and not "state".
