
It can done via adding a new feild in Dashboard and modifying few scipts
and adding to it

It can be accomplished via a new dashlet.
I posted an example to the list a few weeks back. Try a search of the archives to see if the attachment is still available.

yes u can do it by configuring the agent with particilar queuues and he can see it in dashboard or u have my queue assign it to the queue so u can see in my queue
