So you mean the locked Tickets, right? Well I think you will have to change the coding for that a little bit. As the default says to show you the "my queue" at login.

General means the "My Queues" at the beginning of the bar. After this all my custom made queue whicht I want to display and use are shown.
But when I login I always see the contents of the "My Queues" queue (so all the queue's together). What I want is to see the contents of my personal queue with all my personal tickets.
