Hello All,

 

Problem: I cant get OTRS to import and create tickets from incoming emails.

 

Im running Ubuntu 8.04 on a Dell tower.

When I run ./PostMasterPOP3.pl I see problems like “Cant locate /etc/otrs/database.pm in @INC”.

 

Does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this problem.

Any comments would really help as Im pulling my hair out.
