thanks for the quick response. unfortunately, i dont think this is a solution for my problem. the description for this bug report is 'only 2 subqueues shown.' im actually not seeing ANY subqueues. just to clarify, here's what i have in the top of my 'queue view' page right now: Queues: My Queues (8) - Support (Off-Site) (8) i have a few sub-queues below 'Support (Off-Site),' but when i click on this link to view them, none of the tickets in the subqueues are shown.
