Hi Peter,
there is a way, by using a Freetext field.
Enter the url into a freetextfield of your choice (eg. Freetext1)
Modify the dtl's of ticket Zoom or any other mask you want to see the link to
render the Freetext field into a <a ...> html tag.
I Know this is a very short description. How to modify dtls see the
developer manual of otrs, chapter "Templates".
