Hello All, I have some questions about OTRS logs: - We made a fresh installation of our OTRS and the recurent following message in OTRS logs: "notice OTRS-PM3-10 Can't find notification for Agent::NewTicket and fr, try it again with en!" What does this message means? - We also have this message: " error OTRS-CGI-10 Need ID or Name!" Does it means that someone tryied to connect and couldn't? - Also, how is it possible to have more messages shown in the system log window under OTRS?
