http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5513If I'm not mistaken, it only
happens with spam emails which are syntactically invalid, plus only if
you're using an ISO mysql database. Can you confirm this?

I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do here. I looked in /opt/otrs/var/spool and I see a file there, but what do I do with it?
