I solved the issue ,
Marco Vannini sent me a sample and i saw what i was doing wrong.
If you want to import configuration into configitem (like computer list)
additional to your fields you must have in your csv file two columns
referring :
DeploymentState , IncidentState these two fields are mandotary fields.
If you don't have these fields filled up correctly it doesn't import.
That was the trick about this.

did you look at otrs log file ? Usually, import issues appear in the file. Certainly a format issue.
