After using SetPermissions.sh the procedure leads to an Internal Server
Error instead of the message mentioned :/ I installed otrs as a rpm.
Thought this should work without much manual setup..

die Installation verlief problemlos inklusive der Administration. Wenn
ich aber als Kunde ein neues Ticket erstellen wollte, bekam ich nur einen Internal Server Error und den Log-Eintrag "Can't write /opt/otrs/var/log/TicketCounter.log: Permission denied". Die besagte Datei änderte ich auf chmod 777 und der Error verschwand bzw. wurdeersetzt. Nun erscheint nach dem Absenden eines Tickets folgender Fehler: "Fehler: Need TicketID!". Das Log meldet "No StateID!!! No StateID for new found!".
